Due to urbanization and standard of living it has been seen that there is increased demand of old age homes. In this paper we have studied 12 old age homes from urban, rural and semi-rural areas. All types of old ages homes including location, ownership, management, size, capacity, utilization and different facilities provided by are studied. As part of this research, 60 operational senior living community projects were enumerated across India. The study was conducted for 178 units among 12 old age homes. The data is collected and various statistical techniques are applied to the data and various results were found.
