The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of e-book learning media that was developed. The type of this research is research and development with ADDIE model. The subject of this research is test subject. The data collection technique is test. The result of this research and development is the increase in college students’ cognitive learning outcomes is in the medium category. This shows that the use of e-book learning media can improve college students' cognitive learning outcomes.
