Our research is a qualitative study that investigates the impact of various forms of communication on the agile process. In recent years, more companies have changed their communication methods to adapt to remote work. This has raised concerns about the productivity of the remote agile approach. We have used an anonymous survey to investigate six forms of communication used in either in-person or remote agile software development. We have discovered that different agile methods use different forms of communication between clients and co-workers. The most frequently used forms of communication in agile software projects are email, in-person meetings, and teams. Email, in-person meetings, and zoom meet the efficiency, financial, and ease-of-use requirements for agile developers.
