The parameter estimation of Goel’s Okomotu Model is performed victimisation simulated annealing. The Goel’s Okomotu Model is predicated on Exponential model and could be a easy non-homogeneous Poisson method (NHPP) model. Simulated annealing could be a heuristic optimisation technique that provides a method to flee local optima. The information set is optimized using simulated annealing technique. SA could be a random algorithmic program with higher performance than Genetic algorithmic program (GA) that depends on the specification of the neighbourhood structure of a state area and parameter settings for its cooling schedule.
