The digital transformation landscape in the United States has fundamentally altered how organizations approach business process optimization. Technical Business Analysts (TBAs) have emerged as critical intermediaries between technological capabilities and business requirements, particularly in implementing industry standards that drive sustainable digital transformation initiatives. This study examines the evolving role of TBAs in US organizations, analyzing their impact on process optimization, standards implementation, and digital transformation outcomes. Through comprehensive analysis of industry data and case studies from Fortune 500 companies, this research demonstrates that organizations employing skilled TBAs achieve 34% higher success rates in digital transformation projects and 28% greater process efficiency improvements compared to those without dedicated technical business analysis capabilities.
